What you share

Joining gives us your email address and permission to send occasional Labcast product and early-access updates. You can optionally tell us your role, event plans, and whether you want to discuss early access. Please don’t include children’s names or private participant information.

How we use it

We use your details to manage the waitlist, send relevant updates, understand potential uses, and respond to requests. Early-access follow-up is optional. Joining does not create an account, guarantee access, or book an event.

Where it goes

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions for Labcast. Hosting and spam protection can also process technical information such as IP addresses and request data. The Labcast team can review and export submissions to manage the list. See Netlify’s privacy policy for its handling of that information.

Browser storage and measurement

This site does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. When present, campaign identifiers are included with your signup. After a successful signup, your email and selected audience may be held in this tab’s session storage to fill the optional follow-up form. That handoff is read and removed on the follow-up page, expires for use after 15 minutes, and is not used for tracking.

Leaving the list

Email hello@labcast.ai from the address you used to ask us to stop updates, correct your details, or delete your waitlist information. We retain details while managing the waitlist and related conversations, unless you ask us to remove them. We’ll keep only the information needed to respect a request to stop messages.
